Google Classroom is used by teachers to manage class assignments, announcements, and learning materials. Guardians receive high-level email updates to track student progress.
Note: Guardian Summaries provide email previews only; they do not give direct login access to the student’s actual Classroom dashboard.
How to Sign Up
- Email Invitations: Invitations are sent directly to the guardian email address on file in PowerSchool.
- Accepting: Open the email invitation and accept it. You can choose your preferred frequency for updates: Daily or Weekly.
- Missing Invitation? If you did not receive an email, reach out directly to your student’s teacher to request an invite.
What’s Included in Your Email Summary
- Missing Work: Assignments that have passed their due date without being turned in.
- Upcoming Work: Assignments due today or coming up in the next week.
- Class Activity: Recent class announcements, assignments, and questions posted by teachers.
