Safe Arrival - Student Absence Reporting System

SafeArrival is the district’s new automated student absence reporting system.  It reduces the time it takes to verify student attendance making it easier for families to report student absences.

SafeArrival allows parents/guardians to report their child’s absence quickly and conveniently in

several ways.

  • Parents/Guardians will login to MyPowerHub and choose the Attendance-SafeArrival option on the left hand side menu.
  • Parents/Guardians can use the mobile PowerSchool app and click on the “More” option on the bottom menu and choose SafeArrival.
  • Parents/Guardians can call the interactive telephone system via a toll-free number, (877) 253-1467.

All 3 methods are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing future absences to be

reported ahead of time, i.e., Doctor’s appointment.

In the event that a parent/guardian forgets to call out their student before the start of the school day, SafeArrival automatically calls parents to inform them that their child was marked absent from school by their teacher. These calls are designed to serve as a reminder to those that may have forgotten to call our attendance line to report an absent child.

Please contact the office staff at your child’s school if you are having issues logging in, or if you would need to update your phone number or email address. The system pulls contact information directly from PowerSchool, so it is important to keep your contact information up to date to ensure you receive absence confirmations and absence calls/emails.

It is important not to unsubscribe or block the calls or emails received from SafeArrival as they come directly from School Messenger, the system that also sends school notifications and announcements. If you think you have incorrectly unsubscribed or blocked any messages from SafeArrival/School Messenger, please contact the office at your child’s school.
