Online Registration for Course Selection (AHS)

Students and their families must go online through the PowerSchool portal to register for their courses for the next school year. The instructions to register online are listed below:  1. Go to the Avon Public School Website www.avon.k12.ct.us  2. Click on Parent Portal found in the tool bar towards the top of the page on the right.  3. Enter the user name and password.  4. Click on the Class Registration icon found in the navigation tool bar on the left of the page.  5. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete your registration.  6. Once you have made all of your selections, click the submit button.  7. Print two copies of the confirmation page.  8. Keep one copy for your records. Parents or guardians should sign the second copy and submit it to your school counselor/or homeroom teacher. Parent/guardian signature indicates that they have seen and approve your course requests. Please note this is for course requests only. Final schedules are subject to change based on course availability and teacher recommendations.
