Initiate and sustain Parent Support Network

Facilitate implementation of statewide character education programs for Avon children, parents and educators throughout the district

Provide input for inservice staff workshops and parent seminars

Develop alliances with all PTO's to facilitate communication throughout the district

Provide a public forum to present and disseminate information on issues relating to parenting and educating all Avon children such as: Nurture by Nature, 7 Habits of Effective Students, and the Study Skills Symposium

Create a Character Education section in the Avon Public Library with a bibliography for all parents
